Three Simple Ingredients and a 400º Oven...

Are you a Chicken Wing fan? As in ‘fanatic’? These are some of the Fastest, Tastiest, Easiest, Crispiest (and Spiciest!) Chicken Wings you'll ever make! Try ’em once and you’ll be hooked!

Here’s all you need:

• One package Williams Spicy Wings® Coating Mix

• Chicken Wings

• Buttermilk (enough to coat all the wings. In other words, just ‘wing it’)

• Cooking Oil Spray

• A 400º Oven

Place wings in a large bowl. Add Buttermilk and mix well. For best results, let the wings-Buttermilk mix sit for an hour. It will tenderize the chicken and the chicken will also come closer to room temperature. Drain off all excess Buttermilk. Open Coating mix and sprinkle over the wings and toss to coat the pieces well.

Line a baking sheet with foil place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet. Lightly spray the wings with Cooking Oil Spray and place the pieces on the rack or Aluminum Foil.

Bake @ 400º for 30-40 minutes. They are DEE-Lish!!!
